40 registrations, zero documents to prove the scam
A report alleges illegal registrations and ₹2–3 lakh payments in Peerzadiguda. The evidence supplied so far is one report, unnamed staff and no registration record.

A report has alleged that more than 40 land registrations were carried out in Peerzadiguda survey numbers 39, 43 and 44, despite their alleged presence on the Section 22-A prohibited-properties list. It further alleges that ₹2–3 lakh was collected per plot and that officials and ruling-party leaders benefited. The report names neither the alleged beneficiaries nor the staff cited as its source.
The official Bhu Bharati FAQ confirms that a prohibited-properties list exists and provides a formal route to seek removal: “Apply in Grievance relating to prohibited properties list for removal from Prohibited List.” It says the concerned District Collector decides certain cases. The Telangana High Court material also says prohibited-property lists must be communicated to registering authorities and uploaded online.
What is missing is rather important: registration-document numbers, dates, the applicable Section 22-A entries, payment evidence, complaints, an order stopping the registrations or a named official response. The Uppal registration office, district administration and Registration Department have not publicly answered these allegations in the material reviewed. For now, this is an allegation requiring records, not a proven scam. The paperwork, unusually, is still absent from the paperwork story.
