This watch reads that published record and computes the totals above — nothing here is an allegation, it is arithmetic on the government's own data, and every tender carries its reference and a source link so you can check it. It is a growing sample, not the full register, and it expands each time the ingestion runs. A single-bidder tender, a fast award or a cost revision is a question worth asking, not by itself a finding of wrongdoing.
