BJP MP Dharmapuri Arvind told reporters in Delhi that government land worth Rs 135 crore at Raviryal, Maheshwaram mandal was handed to Tesseract Advanced Systems for Rs 7.5 crore via the state industrial corporation — and demanded the Chief Minister resign. What is on the record: Tesseract Advanced Systems exists and publicly pitches itself as an engineering-and-manufacturing partner with aerospace/defence capabilities. Its site lists CNC machining, precision components and AS9100-linked work areas. A third-party forum page lists “Mr. Kondal Reddy — Chairman — Tesseract Advanced Systems.” None of this proves a land deal, but it does undercut the broadest “shell company with no defence link” claim.
What is not on the record: a survey number, allotment order from the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation, acreage, date, pricing method, whether Rs 7.5 crore is a lease premium or land price, or any government filing tying the Raviryal plot to the company. Also unverified: that the company “belongs to” the Chief Minister’s brother or that it is missing from an official list of defence manufacturers.
If the BJP wants Telangana to treat this as more than a microphone moment, the BJP MP can publish the allotment letter, valuation basis and company filings. Until then, it’s a charge without the sheet.
