Participants included government whips Beerla Ilaiah and Vemula Veeresham; MLA Nayini Rajender Reddy said Surekha should quit the Cabinet and leave the party before being expelled.
This followed a TPCC disciplinary notice to Surekha over Sushmita’s 19 August comments.
