Dragon’s October 10 date is still mostly smoke
A trade report puts NTR’s Mumbai return on October 10. The official website, sensibly, says nothing of the sort.
The reported Mumbai schedule has not been confirmed on the film’s official website.
NTR–Prashanth Neel’s Dragon may return to filming in October, but the film’s most precise schedule details remain a report, not an announcement from the makers.
TeluguCinema reported that a Mumbai schedule will begin on October 10 and run for 15 days, with NTR and Anil Kapoor expected to shoot major action portions. TV9 Telugu had earlier reported an October return, but did not specify October 10, Mumbai or 15 days. The official project website confirms NTR as the lead, Neel as director, Anil Kapoor in a key supporting role and the film’s pan-Indian positioning. It does not confirm the schedule.
NTR underwent arthroscopic shoulder surgery at KIMS Hospitals in Secunderabad on August 12. India Today reported that his normal routine was expected to resume within two to three months, while filming work that did not require him could continue. The makers have announced June 11, 2027 as the theatrical release date. Reports that Dragon will be split into two parts remain unconfirmed. For now, October 10 is a trade-report date wearing an official-looking costume.
