NTR underwent arthroscopic shoulder surgery at KIMS Hospitals in Secunderabad on August 12, according to reporting by India Today. NDTV later reported that he was undergoing physiotherapy and was expected to return in October. The production has continued filming portions that do not require him, according to a source cited by India Today.
The makers have announced a worldwide theatrical release for June 11, 2027. Whether the October schedule is proceeding as reported, whether NTR is cleared for action work and whether the release date remains unaffected have not been publicly settled.
