BRS deputy floor leader T Harish Rao on Wednesday said his spot check at the Solepet Electricity Substation in Bommalaramaram, Aler, showed agricultural consumers were receiving 12 hours of power, not uninterrupted supply, citing the substation log and operator’s account.
