Rajamouli attends; Kochi apparently doesn’t
Don’t Trouble the Trouble has an October 2 release date, but its reported Kochi event has run into a small location problem: Chennai.
The release date is October 2; the reported venue took a detour.
SS Rajamouli took part in the September 28 pre-release event for Don’t Trouble the Trouble, but the event was reported as being held in Chennai—not Kochi, where earlier coverage had placed it. The film’s publicity has managed to create a location mystery before release, which is efficient marketing of a sort.
Directed by Shashank Yeleti, the Telugu production stars Fahadh Faasil and Ssara Palekar. Fahadh described it as “a kids’ film for grown-ups” and said, “The film is all about love. The film is all about concern. The film is all about care.” Arka Mediaworks’ official channel lists Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam trailers, all carrying the October 2, 2026 release date.
The film was earlier announced for September 11 and later moved to October 2, according to industry coverage citing the makers’ social-media announcement. Rajamouli is presenting the film, produced by SS Karthikeya, Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni. The release date is clear. The venue, less so.
