A cartoon outside a Telangana cinema shows a Sigma film poster announcing October 2 beside an empty frame labelled certificate, with a magnifying glass on the ground.

The film’s U/A rating has been reported; its certificate remains out of frame.

Sigma, Jason Sanjay’s feature-directing debut starring Sundeep Kishan, is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on October 2. Reports citing a producer-shared poster say the film has received U/A certification. The certificate itself, however, remains harder to find than the announcement.

IANS quoted producer GKM Tamil Kumaran’s post saying, “#Sigma is all set to ignite the screens. 🔥 See U/And your family in theatres on Oct 2.” Cinema Express separately reported that certification formalities were completed and described the rating as U/A 16+.

The official CBFC record located in the research is for a 3.30-minute Telugu promotional video song, certified UA 13+ on June 1—not the feature film. So the U/A claim is reported, not independently verified from the film’s certificate. Mythri Movie Distributors is handling Coastal Andhra and Telangana; NVR Cinema has the Ceded region. October 2 is the date on the poster. The certificate number is still waiting for its own poster moment.
