The Paradise finds ₹74.90 crore, trade estimates

Nani’s The Paradise opened in cinemas on September 24, with trade trackers estimating the film delivered his biggest opening yet. Sacnilk put the regular release-day India gross at ₹40.95 crore and the worldwide total at ₹74.90 crore, while other reports placed the worldwide estimate at ₹76.90 crore. The figures are estimates, not audited theatrical accounts, so the decimal points should not be mistaken for divine revelation.
The film, directed by Srikanth Odela and produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas, also had paid previews on September 23. Sacnilk’s India total including previews was reported at ₹54.90 crore, with ₹46.25 crore India net. The difference matters; “Day 1” is doing several jobs here.
The Central Board of Film Certification reportedly granted The Paradise an A certificate dated September 21, after 21 modifications covering violence, bloodshed, torture, dialogue and subtitles. The film stars Nani, Kayadu Lohar, Raghav Juyal and Mohan Babu. For now, the cleanest conclusion is that Telangana’s cinema audience has supplied a strong opening — and the trade is still counting it in public.
