Sacnilk’s tracker estimates the Nani-starrer at ₹5 crore India net on September 28, against ₹15.70 crore on Sunday — a 68.2% drop within its own estimate series. The tracker puts the film’s India net total at ₹97.10 crore through Monday, while warning that its figures are approximate, compiled from multiple sources and may differ substantially from producer figures.
The opening-day numbers were stronger: trade coverage reported ₹74.90 crore worldwide, including ₹54.90 crore India gross and ₹20 crore overseas gross. Claims that this was Nani’s biggest opening weekend are circulating, but no public audited comparison establishes that across his full filmography. A separate trade calculation put the first weekend at ₹135 crore; its accounting basis is not comparable with Sacnilk’s India-net series.
Nani has acknowledged the divided response, calling it unusually intense and saying it reflected audience expectations. That is an interpretation, not an audience survey. The producers have not published a final, audited collection statement, so The Paradise remains an opening success claim with a Monday-shaped question mark.
