Saifabad police arrested BRS MLCs T. Madhusudhan Rao, known as Tata Madhu, and N. Naveen Kumar Reddy on Tuesday, September 8, after a complaint alleging that they made caste-linked and abusive remarks against Telangana Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar.
