Wanaparthy Congress fights itself, again
Complaint, slogans and a “we’ll examine it” later, the Congress in Wanaparthy is still arguing with itself while pretending it’s discipline.
The Congress disciplinary process remains under examination.
Congress MLA Tudi Megha Reddy has reportedly filed a complaint to the party’s disciplinary leadership against senior leader G. Chinna Reddy over remarks he says Chinna Reddy made about how the Wanaparthy ticket was given. The report names Mallu Ravi, K. C. Venugopal and TPCC chief B. Mahesh Kumar Goud as recipients. According to that account, Goud said the disciplinary committee would hear both leaders and report to the high command. The complaint letter itself was not public. [1]
Outside Gandhi Bhavan on August 18, supporters of Megha Reddy reportedly raised “Chinna Reddy hatao, Congress party bachao”, which is one way to announce the family fight to the neighbourhood.
