A Harkins Theatres page listed Hushar Pittalu [Telugu, subtitled] to open in the US on August 14, 2026, crediting director Bikshu Koyagura, cast members Vasavi Ganeshan and “Anush” Thorat, and naming Prathyangira Cinemas LLC as distributor, with a runtime of 2h 23m and NR certification. According to the same listing, “Tickets for this film are not yet available” at the time the page was captured, and no theatre count or showtimes were published.
In India, ticketing and listings sites put the film’s release on August 15, 2026, identify it as a Telugu drama/romance, and credit Bikshu Koyagura as director with Vasavi Ganeshan and “Ansh” Thorat among the cast. A July press-meet gallery also names Bikshu, Vasavi and “Ansh”, and cites Rudra Kranthi Pictures and producer K. Venkat Yadav.
What the Harkins page supports is a scheduled US opening with subtitles and Prathyangira Cinemas LLC attached. It does not establish how many US locations, whether tickets went on sale, or whether screenings occurred on August 14. The “Anush/Ansh” spelling discrepancy remains unresolved and should be clarified from official credits. Until then, treat the US angle as a Harkins listing, not a box-office triumph someone in Delhi will try to take credit for.
