M.S. Raju’s Agadha lines up Aug 14
The maker calls it a dream project; the listings call it August 14. Screen counts, languages and box-office miracles can arrive when the numbers do.
Agadha is listed for an August 14 worldwide theatrical release.
M.S. Raju’s supernatural thriller Agadha was scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on August 14, 2026, according to maker-facing announcements and multiple listings. TeluguCinema first flagged the Independence Day weekend plan; BookMyShow and IMDb also carried the date.
Raju directs and writes, with Chaitanya Vegi credited for additional writing. Sri Adi Varaha Productions backs it, produced by Kasi Visalakshi Balusu and presented by Ajay KR. The principal cast includes Kamakshi Bhaskarla, Shravan Reddy and Ulka Gupta. Bhaskarla plays Mahadevi, a role the team has been pushing since an April reveal.
The makers pitch it as a mystical/supernatural thriller tied to a goddess legend; Raju called it his “dream project”, and the team staged Bonalu rituals at Hyderabad’s Balkampet temple in July. The five-language talk exists in earlier publicity, but current public listings emphasise Telugu; no territory-wise distributor data, screen counts or bookings were published. If there’s a “grand worldwide” opening to measure, the numbers aren’t on the record yet — and claims without receipts are marketing, not a verdict.
