Telugu trio hit Regal. One actually wide

Regal’s weekly U.S. listing puts Vishwanath & Sons in 56 Telugu-language locations for Aug 13–19. Panchali Pancha Bhartruka shows in three, Agadha in two — and the post warns counts can still move.

A wide Regal-style cinema marquee stretches across a map of the United States, with one Telugu film ticket leading to many theatre pins while two smaller tickets point to only a few distant pins; a calendar marked Aug 13–19 sits below.

Regal’s Aug. 13–19 listing gives Vishwanath & Sons the widest Telugu release of the three.

Regal’s own release list for Aug 13–19, 2026 shows three Telugu titles on its U.S. screens — one spread out, two barely there. According to the r/RegalUnlimited weekly post, Vishwanath & Sons (Telugu) is booked in 56 Regal theatres for that window, while Panchali Pancha Bhartruka appears in three and M.S. Raju’s Agadha in two. The same table lists a separate Tamil run for Vishwanath & Sons in 47 Regal locations, so the 56 refers specifically to the Telugu-language listing.

This is a Regal listing count, not a box-office verdict. The post itself notes some theatres add schedules as late as Wednesday, so numbers may shift. The Regal movie-page links exist, but couldn’t be fetched in this research pass. Outside chains and final week totals aren’t documented here.

For Hyderabad’s diaspora doing the Friday math: Vishwanath & Sons looks easy to find; Agadha and Panchali Pancha Bhartruka will take a map and a car. Delhi and Amaravati can fight over credit later — Regal seats don’t answer to them.
