Nani’s The Paradise was reported to have crossed $2 million in gross collections in North America by the end of its opening weekend. The figure came from a makers’ announcement cited by NTV Telugu and was repeated by trade reports, but no exhibitor statement, ticket count or recognised audit has been published. The number is therefore a reported trade claim, not settled box-office fact.
The wider arithmetic is less cooperative. Trade-tracking reports put the film’s four-day overseas gross at ₹29.25 crore and worldwide gross at ₹138.25 crore. NTV Telugu separately reported that the film unit’s official poster claimed ₹155 crore worldwide in four days. Both figures cannot quietly occupy the same spreadsheet.
The Paradise, directed by Srikanth Odela and produced by SLV Cinemas’ Sudhakar Cherukuri, released on September 24, with paid premieres beginning a day earlier, according to trade reporting. The exact North America gross, its reporting cut-off and the source behind it remain undisclosed. For now, the film has crossed $2 million in the headlines; the receipts are still waiting for paperwork.
