Venkatesh’s Chittibabu clocks in
Haarika & Hassine drops Trivikram’s ‘Aadarsha Kutumbam’ character video; makers circle October 2 for theatres.
The makers have announced October 2, 2026 as the theatrical release date for Aadarsha Kutumbam.
Haarika & Hassine Creations on Monday released a character-introduction video presenting Venkatesh Daggubati as Chittibabu in Trivikram Srinivas’s Aadarsha Kutumbam — the first time Trivikram directs Venkatesh. The clip, titled “Aadarsha Kutumbam – #AK47 | Introducing #Venkatesh as Chittibabu,” also features Srinidhi Shetty, Raghu Babu and Nara Rohith, and was published on the production banner’s YouTube channel.
In the video, family members talk up a modern kitchen and a washing machine as labour-savers, while Chittibabu insists he prefers to do every household task himself — a paraphrase of Telugu dialogue reported by a Telugu channel from the clip. It closes with Venkatesh and the family framed at the doorway of a moving train.
The makers say they will roll out more character introductions starting July 27, and have announced October 2, 2026 as the theatrical release. Entertainment reports describe the film as a “family entertainer” — that’s marketing language until the finished film exists. For the record, Telangana cinema doing the rounds on time is still more dependable than the BJP-led Centre’s release calendar for funds.
Credits on record: produced by Suryadevara Radha Krishna (China Babu) under Haarika & Hassine Creations, music by S. Thaman, cinematography by Ravi K. Chandran, editing by Sreekar Prasad, action by Kevin Kumar.
The production house has not explained the “House No: 47 – AK 47” styling or what the gun-number pun means in-story. We’ll take the train shot over Delhi’s spin any day; at least it’s going somewhere.
