‘Worldwide’ without a world list

M.S. Raju’s Agadha was announced for an August 14 worldwide release. The record still doesn’t show where in the world it actually played.

A cinema booking counter in Hyderabad displays a giant poster promising a worldwide release, while the world map beside it has no country pins and a nearby booking screen reads “Bookings not open”.

The film was announced for a worldwide release, but no territory-wise rollout was listed.

M.S. Raju’s Agadha was announced for a worldwide theatrical release on August 14, 2026, with listings repeating the date and the “mystic divine thriller” label. According to multiple entertainment listings, Raju directs, Kasi Visalakshi Balusu produces under Sri Adi Varaha Productions, and the cast includes Kamakshi Bhaskarla, Shravan Reddy, Ulka Gupta, Jovika Vijay Kumar, Sijju, Roshan and Shreya Rani Reddy. The music is by Rakesh Venkatapuram.

That is what is on the record. What isn’t: any territory-wise rollout. The consulted sources do not show an overseas distributor, countries or cities of release, theatre or screen counts, showtimes outside India, or any opening collections. Even in India, a booking page retrieved around the date still showed “bookings not yet open.”

Promotional lines called the film a “visual wonder” and promised “several surprises.” Those are claims by the makers, not audited findings. The “worldwide” part remains unquantified in the public record we checked.

If the team wants credit for a genuine global bow, a list of where it played would do nicely — and is long overdue.
