Irumudi clocks $600k overseas — per trackers
Ravi Teja’s new release is off to a solid start abroad, according to trade tracking — with no audited producer or distributor statement yet in public.
Overseas opening figures remain trade estimates pending an audited statement.
Ravi Teja–starrer Irumudi opened worldwide on 21 August. Two trade reports say the film’s overseas Day 1 was about $600,000 (roughly ₹5.7 crore) — a number Filmibeat attributes to industry tracker AB George, and another entertainment report also repeats. That makes it a circulated estimate, not an audited account.
Filmibeat’s Telugu write-up goes further: North America premieres advance sales at $129,477 across 251 locations and 561 shows, and around $200,000 for Day 1 plus premieres across 279 centres — again, “according to trade pundits”. The same report lists credits: directed by Shiva Nirvana, produced by Mythri Movie Makers with T‑Series presenting, Priya Bhavani Shankar co-starring.
India-side tracking from a separate live page puts domestic gross at ₹64.82 crore after Day 4 as of 23:56 IST on 24 August. The tracker’s own label says these are live, updated as shows report in — estimates, not final settlements.
What we don’t have: a producer or overseas distributor confirmation; country-by-country splits; or whether the $600k is gross including premieres. Until that lands on record, this stays a trade-estimate story, however widely it circulates.
