Nani skips ‘pan-India’, trailer too
The Paradise is being sold as a Telugu film first, with a September 24 worldwide release and no trailer before opening day.

Nani has declined to label The Paradise a pan-India film, calling it “a complete Telugu film” with Telugu as its main focus. The film will still release in other languages, because apparently categories now need their own plot twists.
The Srikanth Odela-directed film, produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under SLV Cinemas, is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on September 24, 2026. The producers have confirmed the date, while the team says it had already missed two earlier release dates.
There will be no trailer. Nani said the team did not have enough time to spend four or five days cutting one, while Odela said the film might be better experienced without a trailer. The team has described the film as centred on a mother-son relationship and a marginalised community; Odela put its reported runtime at 2 hours and 49 minutes.
Trade-linked reports put North American advance sales at more than 5,000 tickets and about $150,000, but no audited sales statement has been disclosed. September 23 premieres are being reported in North America, one day before the worldwide date. The distributor and confirmed cinema list remain undisclosed.
Telugu first, multilingual next, trailer never. The film now has one job: arrive on September 24.
