Nani’s $100K booking claim arrives before the film

The Paradise has North American premieres listed for September 23, while Cinemark lists its release for September 24. The $100,000 pre-sales figure comes from its overseas distributor, not an audit.

A cinema booking booth sends a stream of dollar bills marked “$100K claim” across a finish line, while an auditor with an empty ledger trails behind; a marquee shows September 23 and September 24.

The distributor says North American premiere pre-sales crossed $100,000; independent verification is pending.

Nani’s The Paradise has opened North American bookings, with overseas distributor Prathyangira Cinemas saying premiere pre-sales through Cinemark crossed $100,000. The distributor also described it as the “ALL TIME FASTEST” Telugu-film milestone — a claim repeated in several reports, but not backed by a public ticket-count breakdown or independent box-office audit.

The distributor says North American premiere shows are scheduled for September 23. Cinemark lists The Paradise (Telugu with English Subtitles) for September 24, 2026, with advance tickets available. The film has been described in secondary coverage as being set in 1980s Secunderabad, though that Telangana setting is not stated in the distributor’s booking announcement.

So the useful version is simple: the distributor says the number crossed $100,000. It is not yet a confirmed collection, a total North American gross or a verified record. Telugu cinema has supplied the headline; the audit is still on holiday.
