Waterlogging hit parts of Secunderabad after heavy rain on the night of September 13, with Begumpet, Chikoti Gardens, Bible House, Oliphanta Bridge, Alugadda Bavi Bridge and Lalaguda among the affected areas, according to a HYDRAA press release cited in reports.
