Hyderabad’s district administration has issued a final notice concerning 2,047 beneficiaries whose allotted 2BHK homes are recorded as “Not occupied”. The accompanying list says explanations had not been received from them.
The notice says 12,093 beneficiaries were allotted 2BHK houses in Hyderabad district. It refers to notices issued in two rounds and gives a further opportunity to submit an explanation. The administration’s notice is listed from September 22 to September 30, 2026.
The 82-page list includes allotments in Ameenpur-I, Ameenpur-II, Bandlaguda, Edulanagulapally and Hattiguda, with block, floor and flat references. It does not explain whether the homes are complete, connected to utilities or physically vacant. It also does not establish why beneficiaries have not moved in. The department has not publicly explained what administrative action follows the deadline. Even the paperwork is asking for an explanation.
