The Telangana Backward Classes Welfare Department runs free coaching for state and central recruitment exams. That part is on the record. Its BC Study Circles run the programmes, and the Study Circle’s director is named on the official page. According to a published schedule attributed to an official release, a 125‑day foundation course through 12 centres was to post its selected‑applicants list on August 18, with verification from August 20–24 and classes starting August 25.
What we could confirm: the department does offer free coaching for BC candidates. What sits on a single report we can cite but not independently re‑pull: that this batch is exactly 125 days, runs through 12 centres, follows the July 25–August 14 application window, and pays a ₹1,000 monthly stipend for five months tied to 75% attendance, with separate book and transport support. Two separate programmes are in play: this 125‑day foundation course and a different UPSC 2027 batch with a ₹5,000 stipend and ₹5,000 book grant. Do not mix them. The first needs its own notification, seat matrix and funding order in the open. Telangana’s young applicants deserve the details on paper, not a treasure hunt through dead links.
