Irumudi has reportedly finished its first week with a worldwide gross of ₹124.85 crore, according to Cinema Express. Sacnilk’s own tracker puts the figure at ₹124.70 crore. The difference is ₹0.15 crore — small enough for a trade report, large enough to remind us that box-office numbers are not audited scripture.
The figures that broadly match are more useful: ₹6.90 crore India net on Day 7 and ₹92.15 crore India net after seven days. Sacnilk records a 32.4% fall from Day 6, when the film reportedly made ₹10.20 crore. It also lists 2,400 shows and 54.3% overall occupancy on Day 7, all tracker estimates rather than producer disclosures.
The Ravi Teja-starrer, directed by Shiva Nirvana and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, released on August 21. Reports say shows were shifted to Yash’s Toxic after its August 26 release; producer-distributor Natti Kumar called the reported allocation “unfair”. No theatre-by-theatre record or official statement from the makers, distributor, Dil Raju or exhibitors was found in the material reviewed. For now, Irumudi has the opening-week numbers, while the spreadsheet is still negotiating its own release date.
