A giant streaming chart places a film reel labelled Irumudi at number one above two separate 3.4 million slips, a calculator showing 6.8 million, and stacks of office paperwork in a Hyderabad setting.

Irumudi topped Netflix’s global non-English films chart in its second week.

Telugu film Irumudi has reached No. 1 on Netflix’s global non-English films chart for September 21–27, with 3.4 million views. The platform lists it as being in its second chart week, with 8.1 million hours viewed.

Netflix’s chart shows the film also recorded 3.4 million views in the previous week, when it ranked No. 3. Added together, the two published weekly figures amount to 6.8 million views. That is an arithmetic total, not a cumulative figure Netflix has separately reported — because even streaming charts apparently prefer paperwork in instalments.

Netflix describes Irumudi as an Indian adventure about a troubled father, played by Ravi Teja, undertaking a revered spiritual practice. The film’s chart performance is recorded in weekly views; the sources consulted do not establish unique viewers, completed viewings or an independently audited total.
