Khajaguda Junction will face traffic restrictions for 60 days from September 26 as water-pipeline work gets under way. That is where the public information stops. The advisory does not identify the implementing agency, contractor, cost, beneficiaries or a road-restoration deadline. It establishes 60 days of traffic management, not necessarily 60 days to finish, test, backfill and restore the road. The pipes have a diameter; the project still lacks an owner in public view.
