Nagarjuna Akkineni’s 100th film now has a title, a glimpse and a release date. Annapurna Studios announced King100 on August 29, with the film scheduled to reach cinemas on December 24, 2026.

The glimpse presents Nagarjuna as a wealthy operator whose identity matters more than money. It also suggests links to scams and financial fraud, although the studio has not published a full synopsis confirming that he plays a conman. The baby seen at the end is similarly left to the audience’s imagination, which is cheaper than a plot summary.

Ra Karthik is credited as writer-director, with Devi Sri Prasad as music composer. Tabu is also part of the project; she confirmed the start of filming in an April social-media post. The film reunites the actors after their earlier collaborations, including Ninne Pelladata and Aavida Maa Aavide. Her character and screen time have not been disclosed.

December 24, 2026 is the announced theatrical target, not a guarantee carved into stone.
