Telugu film The Paradise, starring Nani and directed by Srikanth Odela, has a $100,000 North American pre-sales claim — not a $100,000 box-office collection.
Overseas distributor Prathyangira Cinemas said on September 9 that premiere pre-sales through Cinemark had crossed $100,000, calling them the “all time fastest” for a Telugu film. The territory split, ticket prices and whether the figure includes taxes or booking fees are also undisclosed.
