Producer Sudhakar Cherukuri said the film was arriving on September 24, while writer-director Srikanth Odela said there would be no trailer, citing time constraints. Odela described the film as a mother-son story involving a marginalised community and said the final cut runs for 2 hours and 49 minutes. Nani said the film was the most tiring of his career and that the team had “missed the release date twice”.
