HYDRAA Disaster Response Force teams were reported to be clearing stagnant water, while continuing rain slowed the operation. Rainfall records cited from Telangana Development Planning Society data show 95.5 mm at Begumpet, 95 mm at Gymkhana ESS and 87 mm at Bowenpally Ward Office. GHMC’s own monsoon action plan lists the Bible House railway bridge as a known water-stagnation point and proposes desilting catch pits. A 2025 traffic advisory also recorded slow vehicle movement near Bible House during heavy rain.
