The Bihar Congress crisis is taking its complaints to Delhi, with dissident leaders planning a September 8 protest outside the AICC office against state chief Rajesh Ram and Bihar in-charge Krishna Allavaru. The protest is planned, not yet held; a notice, police permission and independent confirmation were not available in the material reviewed.
Anand Madhav, Chhatrapati Yadav and Rajkumar Rajan are among nine leaders the party says it expelled for six years on February 18. Madhav alleges corruption in the sale of organisational posts and says senior leaders failed to give the dissidents an audience. Those remain allegations.
