Congress found a survey, not a verdict
The Telangana government has begun surveying land near KCR’s farmhouse, while Congress’s claims about Harish Rao remain allegations without a completed official finding.

Congress leaders wanted a land scandal. What they currently have is a survey in progress and several claims still waiting for documents.
The Telangana Revenue and Survey departments are examining land near BRS chief K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s farmhouse at Erravelli. Officials have reportedly demarcated 388 acres in Survey No. 325, but the government has not published a final finding that KCR encroached on government or assigned land. Notices, if any, would follow only after the survey establishes a discrepancy. (Times of India; The New Indian Express)
Congress leaders also alleged irregularities involving land associated with former minister T. Harish Rao and his uncle, including a 6.13-acre parcel, Ranganayaka Sagar acquisitions and a road allegedly built using Rs 5.33 crore in irrigation funds. The material reviewed contains no title finding, acquisition award, departmental inquiry or court order proving those claims. Harish Rao says his properties were disclosed in election affidavits, says he bought 13 acres in Ramancha, and invited inspection. (Andhra Jyothy; Telangana Today)
