Congress sends its Telangana mess to Delhi
The disciplinary report is reportedly in, but the punishment is still somewhere between Hyderabad and the high command.

The Telangana Congress disciplinary dispute has been sent to the AICC, leaving the state unit with a report, a waiting room and no final decision by August 29.
The TPCC disciplinary panel examined complaints involving minister Konda Surekha and Telangana State Planning Commission vice-chairman G. Chinna Reddy. It submitted its report to TPCC president B. Mahesh Kumar Goud, who said the matter was now with the AICC and that the state leadership would accept the high command’s decision.
Multiple reports say the panel recommended removing Surekha from the Cabinet and Chinna Reddy from his Planning Commission post. The report itself has not been made public, so those recommendations cannot be independently checked. The committee examined complaints, video footage and written explanations. Surekha has maintained that she was not responsible for remarks made by her daughter, Konda Sushmita Patel.
Disciplinary committee chairman Mallu Ravi said he could not disclose when the high command would decide. Congress has managed to escalate the matter without yet arriving at an outcome. Delhi now has the file; Telangana has the wait.
