Dil Raju floats a Yash Telugu plan
At Toxic’s Hyderabad event, the producer said he’s up for a Telugu film with Yash. It’s interest, not an announcement — and the calendar is Yash’s, not his.
The proposed Telugu film has no title, director, script or date yet.
Dil Raju has indicated he wants to make a Telugu film with Yash — a hint, not a launch. According to an NDTV report from the Hyderabad pre-release event of Toxic on August 22, the idea is on the table but without a title, director, script or date.
NDTV attributes the lack of a timeline to Yash’s existing slate: Toxic next week and a two-part Ramayana with Nitesh Tiwari, with part one slated for Diwali 2026 and part two expected in 2027. That’s scheduling reality, not a secret deal.
The film’s official accounts promoted Dil Raju’s Hyderabad speech, confirming the moment, not the collaboration. No confirmation has come from Yash or Sri Venkateswara Creations beyond the event remarks.
Toxic is publicly billed for worldwide release on August 26, 2026. The rest — project announcement, paperwork, dates — isn’t out there. When it is, it won’t need a hint.
