Irumudi has crossed the ₹100-crore mark — with the usual box-office footnote doing considerable work.

Mythri Movie Makers said on August 25 that the Ravi Teja-starrer had achieved ₹100 crore gross worldwide. That is a producer claim, and it is not the same as an audited India-net figure. Cinema Express, citing Sacnilk estimates, reported ₹9.70 crore on Day 8 and ₹101.85 crore India net after eight days. Sacnilk’s currently accessible page instead lists ₹10.10 crore for Day 8 and ₹102.25 crore India net. Box Office Index also lists ₹102.25 crore.

The difference is small enough for a headline and large enough to matter if anyone is pretending these are accounts. Sacnilk itself says its figures are approximate and may differ substantially from producer figures. Cinema Express reported 2,516 shows and 66.3% occupancy on the second Friday, with the Telugu version contributing ₹9.69 crore and the Tamil version ₹1 lakh.

So the defensible version is simple: Irumudi is estimated to have crossed ₹100 crore India net after eight days. The exact total remains a tracker estimate, not a public ledger.
