Irumudi’s ₹200 crore now meets Netflix’s calendar

Ravi Teja’s Telugu film Irumudi is reported to begin streaming on Netflix on September 18, 2026, in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. The Economic Times listed the date, while Hindustan Times separately reported it and attributed it to a Netflix India Instagram post. A directly accessible Netflix announcement or producer confirmation was not found.

Directed by Shiva Nirvana and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Irumudi stars Ravi Teja in a father’s search for his missing daughter and an investigation into her exploitation. The film received a U/A certificate and was announced for theatrical release on August 21. The Economic Times reported a worldwide theatrical gross of more than ₹200 crore; no audited box-office record was available in the sources reviewed.
