Kaaka keeps January 13; speculation gets evicted
KVN Productions and director Bobby Kolli have reaffirmed Chiranjeevi’s January 13, 2027 release date. The supposed Vishwambhara clash still has no matching official announcement.
Kaaka remains booked for a worldwide theatrical release on January 13, 2027.
Chiranjeevi’s Kaaka is still booked for January 13, 2027, and the date has now survived another round of industry speculation. KVN Productions reaffirmed the worldwide theatrical release in a social-media post, saying it was “putting all the speculation to rest”. Director Bobby Kolli added: “No doubts, no delays.” (Cinema Express; NDTV)
The date was first announced on August 22 by KVN Productions, which identified K Venkata Narayana as producer and Bobby Kolli as director. (Cinema Express)
The noise began with speculation that Chiranjeevi’s Vishwambhara could occupy the same Sankranthi window. But the consulted reports found no equivalent official announcement from the Vishwambhara team confirming a competing date, or a move to summer 2027. The film industry has therefore achieved its most reliable release schedule: one date confirmed, one date discussed, and the rest living comfortably in the rumour department.
