Rashmika Mandanna has finished filming her role as Jayamma in Ranabaali, according to the makers’ announcement reported on September 13. A farewell video from the sets was also reported, though the video itself could not be independently retrieved. Cinema, it appears, still requires actors to eventually leave the set.
The official Mythri Movie Makers teaser listing announces Ranabaali for a worldwide theatrical release on October 16, 2026. It credits Rahul Sankrityan as director, with Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar producing under Mythri Movie Makers. T-Series Films is listed as presenter, alongside Gulshan Kumar and Bhushan Kumar.
Vijay Deverakonda leads the film, with Arnold Vosloo also listed in the cast. Mandanna and Deverakonda previously appeared together in Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade, making this their third on-screen collaboration, according to secondary coverage.
