The Paradise leads. The ticket math stays messy

Nani-starrer The Paradise topped TrackTollywood’s tracked AP–Telangana Telugu-version table on September 28, with a listed gross of ₹4.19 crore, 237,541 tickets, 2,564 shows and 23.7% occupancy across 579 theatres.
The Nizam portion was listed at ₹2.58 crore, from 137,679 tickets across 217 theatres. Irumudi, meanwhile, was recorded at ₹39.57 lakh in the same AP–Telangana table. The scoreboard is clear; the audit trail is not. These are tracker figures, not audited collections or exhibitor settlement records.
The number also arrives with ticket-pricing context. A published account of Telangana Home Department Memo No. 21/HOME-GEN2/2026 said enhanced rates were permitted from September 24 to October 3, including ₹45 for multiplexes and special theatres and ₹23 for single screens from September 28. A separate report on Telangana High Court proceedings said Justice N. V. Shravan Kumar questioned why the memo did not specify reasons for the enhancement.
The court report does not establish whether the permission was stayed, cancelled or upheld. The ₹4.19 crore figure remains a tracked number—not a government-certified collection, however confidently the trade may prefer to print it.
