Ranabaali has finished half its BGM
The makers say the Vijay Deverakonda–Rashmika Mandanna film remains set for October 16, 2026. The first half of its background score is reportedly done; the rest remains between the studio and the calendar.
Ranabaali remains scheduled for worldwide theatrical release on October 16, 2026.
The first half of Ranabaali’s background score is complete, according to the film’s official handle. The makers also said post-production was progressing smoothly and that the Telugu film remains scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on October 16, 2026. A release date is not quite the same thing as a finished film, but the calendar has been informed.
Directed by Rahul Sankrityan and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Ranabaali stars Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna. The makers previously announced September 11, 2026, before moving the film to October 16. The BGM update is a single-source production claim reported by IANS in The Hans India; no independent post-production or audio-recording confirmation is cited. The makers have not publicly specified who is supervising the background score, when the first-half work was completed, or whether the second half has begun.
For now, Ranabaali has an announced date and half a score. The remaining half is presumably being handled by the people who moved the date.
